1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to SOZO, India’s first AI-powered personalized payment platform designed to help users maximize financial benefits from every transaction.
SOZO ADVISORY PRIVATE LIMITED (“SOZO,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”) owns and operates this website and mobile application (“Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform and the services offered therein.
By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform, you (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using our Platform immediately.
2. SERVICES OFFERED
SOZO provides a unified, intelligent, and AI-driven platform to simplify and optimize your financial life. Our services include, but are not limited to:
A. AI-Powered and Personalized Services
Personalized Credit Card Recommendations:AI-driven analysis of your financial data, spending patterns, and preferences to recommend suitable bank credit cards.
Guidance on Reward Redemption:Tailored suggestions and optimization strategies for redeeming your card reward points, cashback offers, and loyalty benefits.
Automated Card Selection:Intelligent in-app recommendations for the best credit card to use for each transaction based on reward optimization.
B. Financial and Payment Services
Credit Card and Bill Payments:Payments of credit card bills, rent, utilities, and other services via UPI and BBPS channels.
CIBIL Score Fetching:Retrieval and display of your credit score and report through authorized credit bureaus with your explicit consent.
Loans and Credit Products:Access to digital loans and financial products offered by registered banks or NBFC partners via SOZO’s platform.
Vouchers, Gift Cards, and Store:Purchase and redemption of digital gift cards, offers, and vouchers from third-party merchants.
UPI Payments via RuPay Credit Cards:Seamless payment experience using RuPay credit cards linked to UPI, allowing users to earn rewards on UPI transactions.
Expense Tracking and Analytics:AI-based tools to track, categorize, and provide insights into your expenses, financial behavior, and reward utilization.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India.
You must have a valid bank account, credit card, and mobile number registered with your bank.
You represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to keep it updated.
SOZO reserves the right to deny access or terminate services to any user without prior notice in case of non-compliance, suspected fraud, or regulatory reasons.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use our services, you must register an account by providing necessary details such as your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and PAN.
You authorize SOZO to verify your identity through KYC verification, OTP authentication, and, where required, by fetching data from authorized third-party sources.
Optional Gmail Connection: If you choose to connect your Gmail account, you expressly consent to SOZO accessing and processing limited Gmail data in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy to enable features such as statement analysis, expense tracking, reminders, and personalized recommendations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Any unauthorized access or breach must be immediately reported to SOZO at info@thekeyy.com
5. AI-BASED RECOMMENDATIONS AND LIMITATION
SOZO’s AI models analyze your transaction data, credit profile, and preferences to generate recommendations for credit cards, reward redemptions, and financial optimization.
These are suggestive and educational tools only — they do not constitute financial advice or guarantees of any outcome.
You agree that SOZO shall not be held responsible for any loss, missed opportunity, or dissatisfaction arising from AI-driven insights or automated decisions.
6. CREDIT CARD ISSUANCE
SOZO facilitates digital credit card issuance through partnerships with authorized banks and financial institutions.
The credit card approval, issuance, and related terms shall be governed by the respective issuing bank’s policies and RBI guidelines.
SOZO acts only as a technology facilitator and does not determine eligibility, credit limits, or interest rates.
All decisions on approval or rejection of a credit card application rest solely with the issuing bank.
7. PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION SERVICES
Payments made via UPI and BBPS are governed by the rules of NPCI, RBI, and the respective payment service providers.
By initiating a payment, you authorize SOZO to process and transmit transaction information to relevant institutions.
SOZO does not store card details, CVV, or passwords. Payment data is processed through secure and RBI-compliant channels.
You acknowledge that transaction failures, reversals, or delays may occur due to third-party network issues, for which SOZO shall not be liable.
8. THIRD-PARTY PARTNERSHIPS
SOZO collaborates with banks, NBFCs, insurers, and service providers to offer financial and value-added services.
Each such service may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies of the respective third party.
SOZO shall not be held responsible for any deficiency of service or inaccuracy of information provided by such partners.
9. CIBIL SCORE AND CREDIT INFORMATION
By opting to view your credit score, you provide explicit consent to SOZO to fetch your credit data from authorized credit bureaus.
Your data will be handled in accordance with the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 and applicable RBI regulations.
SOZO does not alter or modify any data received from credit bureaus and cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in bureau data.
10. DATA PRIVACY, GMAIL ACCESS, AND SECURITY
10.1 Privacy Policy
SOZO collects, processes and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10.2 Gmail Data Access
What Gmail Data We Access: Upon providing explicit consent, SOZO may access and process limited information from your Gmail account, including but not limited to:
Bank account statements and alerts;
Credit card statements and billing emails;
Transaction confirmations, receipts, and payment notifications; and
Financial service communications from regulated entities such as banks, NBFCs, payment service providers, and financial institutions.
Scope Limitation: SOZO does not access or read personal emails that are unrelated to financial transactions. Access to Gmail data is limited strictly to what is necessary for delivering the relevant services and features enabled by you.
10.3 Purpose of Gmail Access
SOZO accesses Gmail-derived information solely for enabling and improving SOZO’s services, including:
Identifying and analysing your financial products and usage;
Providing personalised insights, recommendations, and reminders;
Assisting in credit card, loan, and other financial product discovery;
Improving eligibility assessment and relevance of offers;
Enabling expense tracking, statement analysis, and financial planning tools;
Enhancing fraud prevention, security, and user experience.
10.4 How We Use Gmail Data
The data accessed is processed using secure, automated systems and may be used to:
Extract transaction-level information for financial insights;
Categorise spending and liabilities;
Generate dashboards, summaries, and alerts for your use;
Improve internal analytics and product performance (in aggregated and anonymised form); and
Support compliance, risk checks, and service optimisation.
No Sale / No Ads Sharing: SOZO does not sell, rent, or trade your Gmail data to any third party. Your Gmail data is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
10.5 Data Deletion by User
You may delete your data at any time by using the data deletion option available within the SOZO application.
Upon such request, all Gmail-derived data and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from SOZO’s active databases, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
10.6 Revoking Gmail Permissions
You may revoke SOZO’s access to your Gmail account at any time by updating your Google Account security and permissions settings.
Once access is revoked, SOZO will no longer be able to retrieve or process any new data from your Gmail account.
You acknowledge that revoking such access may result in certain features or services becoming unavailable or limited, as they rely on continued access to such data to function effectively.
10.7 Security and Compliance
SOZO follows industry-standard security practices to safeguard your information, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.
All access and usage of Gmail data is conducted in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, and data protection regulations.
Sensitive information such as PAN and KYC data (where applicable) are protected using appropriate safeguards and stored securely.
10.8 Consent
By connecting your Gmail account, you expressly consent to the access, processing, and usage of your data in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the SOZO platform — including but not limited to software, algorithms, AI models, UI/UX, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of SOZO.
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute or exploit any content or technology on the Platform without prior written consent.
12. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SOZO provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind.
While SOZO endeavors to ensure accuracy, it does not warrant that recommendations, analytics, or data provided will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.
SOZO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or services.
The User assumes full responsibility for their financial decisions based on information or recommendations from SOZO.
13. USER CONDUCT
Users agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;• Misrepresent identity or provide false information;• Attempt to access or interfere with SOZO’s systems or networks;• Engage in data scraping or unauthorized data extraction.
Violation may lead to suspension, termination, or legal action.
14. TERMINATION
SOZO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable laws;• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; or• Continued operation poses a regulatory or reputational risk.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
16. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
SOZO reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
